Grey Works Construction
Structural precision, uncompromised.
The grey structure is the part of your house you will never see again once the plaster goes on. Our own site teams build the foundations, columns, beams, slabs and brickwork from our drawings, and the architect checks the work at each stage, so problems are fixed before finishing starts, while they are still cheap to fix.

Gardens and outdoor spaces designed with the house, not after it. In Multan that means shade first: trees and planting on the west and south sides, lawns and beds that keep the ground cooler than paving, and paths, lighting and irrigation planned so the garden is used through the long summer.

Where is Space Walk Design Studio based, and where do you work?
Our studio is at 148-A First Floor, Model Town, Multan. Most of our projects are in Multan, and we have also completed projects in Lahore and Karachi.
What services do you offer?
Residential architecture, commercial architecture, grey structure construction, interior design and landscaping. All five are handled in-house by one team.
Do you only design, or do you also build?
Both. Our own site teams build the grey structure, and our interior and landscape teams finish the project, so one team is responsible from the first sketch to handover.
How long does it take to build a house?
It depends on the plot size, the number of floors and the finish level. Our Plan Your Home planner gives a rough timeline for your plot in a minute, and your architect confirms it after visiting the site.
How much does it cost to design and build with SWDS?
Cost depends on your plot, design and finishes, so we don’t publish fixed prices. We give a clear quote before work starts and stick to it, with no hidden fees.
