Questions

About the planner

Want a real plan for your plot? See how we design and build, or WhatsApp us on 0334 7686406.

How much covered area can I build on my plot?

It depends on your housing society's rules: how far the house must sit back from the road and the neighbours, and how much of the plot each floor may cover. The planner uses a typical coverage range to give you a first idea. An architect checks your society's actual rules before design starts.

How big is a marla?

Most housing societies count one marla as 225 square feet, so a 10 marla plot is about 2,250 square feet. Some older areas use 272 square feet. If you are not sure which applies to your plot, tell us the society and we will check.

Is the planner's result a quote?

No. It is a rough guide to covered area and timeline so you can start planning. We give a written quote after visiting your plot and agreeing the design brief with you.

What happens after I send my plan?

Your plan goes straight to our studio in Multan. An architect calls or WhatsApps you within one working day to talk it through and, if you want to go ahead, arranges a site visit.

Can I use the planner if I live abroad?

Yes. Many of our clients are overseas Pakistanis. Send your plan, and we can talk on WhatsApp or a video call and keep you updated with photos as the work goes on.
